Time for the requisite seasonal quadruped abuse.
We took some pictures of the boys for photostamps and mailing labels for christmas cards. Wound up for several frames that could animate together without too much camera shifting, so I cooked up an animated gif.
Lennie didn't seem to mind the hat.
This picture set became particularly special a few days later when we learned that poor Lennie had a bladder stone and needed surgery. Thankfully Lennie sailed through his surgery and is back home recuperating. Pigwidgeon got pulled into the festivities as well.
